Countdown unit at Bus stop not working

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4844955.

Hello, No bus arrival information is being displayed on the countdown unit. You said its been fixed but that’s not true, it’s still not working. It’s been like this for three months now. It’s on lee road towards lewisham station next to brandram road.
