BUS ROUTE:- 314 DATE:- 02/08/2023 TIME OF INCIDENT:- BUS STOP/LOCATION:- Southend Crescent/Wythens Walk (B) DESTINATION - DIRECTION:- towards New Addington
DETAILS OF INCIDENT:-
Customer has telephone advised that there is no paper timetable displayed behind glass panel in the bus stand.
Customer has noted that other routes are listed, 160, 233 & 321 but not 314.
Customer has requested a new timetable by included/inserted in the bus stand as soon as possible.
This will greatly improve customers ability to plan their journey going forward.
