Stuck On Red Longer Than On Green

Traffic lights are stuck on red more than they are green (is on for 10-15 seconds before turning red for 2-3 minutes) the high street ones run longer when both should equally let a good amount of cars by as this creates a backlog on Lewisham Road meaning more pollution
