Loud Traffic light

Hi,

I have reported this before, the traffic light on the corner of Thornbury Way next to the closed-down plumber shop is extremely loud, I can hear the beeping in my flat with the windows closed, and I have double-glazed windows. Please can you send someone out to look at this traffic light? It is very disturbing. I have a video where you can hear just how loud the traffic light is, but this page doesn't allow video uploads, but I can send this in a separate email if needed.

We have therefore referred it to our contractors, and you should see an improvement within 28 days.   • Hi.

    I would like an update on this.

    I should have mentioned that this Junction has six traffic lights, all very loud. It'd be great if this could be looked into as it's alarming, especially during the day and evening. As mentioned, I can hear the traffic light beeping even with my windows and wooden shutter blinds closed.
