Over hanging hedges

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4883286.

I have reported this b4 a few weeks ago now reported as done its . Downman Road SE9 leading to Dickson Road hedges hanging over pavement touching heads and making it difficult to walk on pavement with out bending down to miss the hedges . Making the pavement very narrow and having to walk in road. A private houses hedge.
