Roadworks and noise at unsocial hours with no notification to any tenants

Pneumatic drilling, Road being dug up, resurfacing the roads - no notification has been given to anyone in 481 Holloway Road. The road is so loud that you are unable to sleep (despite front garden and double glazing). The floorboards are shaking from the works. My cats are terrified.

There is no way any residents are going to be able to sleep through this.
