Tree roots are unheaving the pavement slab

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4897839.

The problem is not resolved however it has been listed as fixed. It is not fixed, no work has been completed.

09:55, Monday 17 July 2023 We have had 4 incidents in the last 12months whereby a member of the public has tripped on the area of pavement outside Cromwell road entrance of the Natural History Museum, near the traffic lights. Each one has resulted in injury and required first aid from the museum.

11:38, Friday 28 July 2023 We have had another incident on 24/07/2023. There was bruising, swelling and bleeding.
