Temporary traffic lights out of sync / stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4915687.

4 way traffic lights at Romney Road / Park Row. It has taken 1 hour to drive a 2 minute journey along Romney Road. The roadworks are due to finish today but have had no workers yesterday and today so no-one to report this to / fix the issue. Park Row should have a shorter time for exit and not longer than the main road!
