Countdown unit off

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4918592.

Countdown unit displays nothing

It was coming up with an error code the other week but now appears to be completely shut down

Hasn't worked for months. TfL you know about this. I've reported it once before and you said it was fixed 😭
