Pavement obstructed by tree growth

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4918963.

The pavement area at the corner of Holland Road and Holland Gardens has become obstructed due to rapidly growing weeds coming from the footway tree base which originally had a tree and was removed a few months ago?
