Large overgrown tree directly outside 278 St Helier Ave, Morden that has not been lopped/ pruned for many years and now stands a lot taller than the house.
This is causing us increased bills as we need to have the lights on indoors during the day, water our front hedge as it was dying due to not receiving any rain/sun and we have also needed to pay for someone to clear our gutters, front and now also the back as the tree is so big
