LIME Bike Blocking Pavement

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4925590.

Overturned LIME hire bike now totally blocking the pavement so forcing pedestrians, wheelchairs and prams onto the narrow main road. Lewisham Council must ban these toxic polluters cluttering up our streets like this.
