Traffic lights still frequently stuck on red coming out of Bell Street

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4930447.

I have previously reported this and received a response to say it had subsequently been fixed. However the problem remains - frequently the lights do not change to green in sequence, causing queues in Bell Street. When turning right there is not enough time to do so safely when stuck on red. The problem seems intermittent but needs fixing please.
