Gates out of victoria park locked when all points east finished

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4930583.

Gates out of the park towards Hackney wick were locked when thousands of people were pouring out of all points east. People were trying to climb over the high spiked fences. Very dangerous
