Traffic light east/west stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4935236.

Only traffic lights going north south are working. Traffic cannot move east/west. This is a main pedestrian thoroughfare and cars east/west are crossing when pedestrian lights working. Two cyclists were injured this morning. This has been going on since Friday 25th Aug.
