Keep Clear marking faded

Reported via mobile in the Worn out road markings category anonymously at 14:01, Tuesday 29 August 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4937462.

Dear TFL,

The roundabout on the A2 at Blackheath SE3, shown on the screenshot is usually extremely busy in a westwards direction along the A2 section, and vehicles trying to get onto the roundabout northwards from Prince Charles Road often find it extremely difficult because the westward vehicles block their path.

You did try to help this by writing a keep clear on the effected section but this has become faded in time and in any case is not quite sufficient for vehicles to realise they have to keep that area clear.

Every day I see altercations on this section of the road and I would like to ask you to make the signage much clearer with a signed and painted instruction for that section to be kept clear for vehicles to join the roundabout from the south.

Best wishes,

Ben
