Wait light extinguishes without a pedestrian phase.
Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 11:05, Wednesday 30 August 2023
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4940613.
This morning I twice pressed the wait button on this busy pedestrian crossing adjacent to Sydenham Post Office, only for the light to come on and then extinguish a few seconds later without the lights changing. This came the day after I received a response to my previous report of this problem telling me that the works "should have been completed", whatever that's supposed to mean exactly. The problem has existed since it was first reported in April (not by me).
