  • 20/09/2023 Mr. Mustafa Honer Basement flat 463 Alexandra avenue Harrow,HA29RY [email protected] Dear London Transport Subject: Request for Tree Removal to Prevent Property Damage Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request the removal of certain trees located on or near my property that are causing extreme damage and pose a threat to my property and the surrounding properties. I believe that this action is necessary not only for the safety of the residents but also for the betterment of the environment. The trees in question are situated very close to the backyard of my property 463,463A, 465 AND 467 Alexandra Avenue Harrow HA29RY , These trees have become a source of concern due to the following reasons: Property Damage: The roots of these trees have intruded into my property, causing damage to the foundation of my house and underground utilities. Additionally, the overhanging branches have led to substantial damage to my roof and gutters. Safety Hazard: The trees are in a state of decline, with several dead branches and signs of decay. This poses a significant safety risk, especially during adverse weather conditions when these branches could fall, potentially causing harm to people or property. Fire Hazard: The accumulation of dead leaves and branches from these trees creates a fire hazard, particularly during dry seasons. Removing them would reduce the risk of wildfires in the area. Environmental Concerns: While I understand the importance of trees for the environment, I am willing to take responsibility for the area once occupied by these trees. I assure you that I will maintain it in a clean and tidy state, promoting a healthy environment and preventing further damage to surrounding properties. I kindly request that London Transport Authority consider my request for the removal of these trees. I am willing to work in collaboration with your department to ensure that the removal process is carried out safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations. Moreover, I am committed to taking good care of the area previously covered by these trees, ensuring it remains well-maintained and contributes positively to the environment. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for an inspection of the trees at your earliest convenience to assess the situation and discuss the necessary steps to proceed. Please contact me at [Your Phone Number] or [Your Email Address] to schedule a meeting or provide any additional information you may require. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your positive response and cooperation in addressing this issue. Sincerely,

    Mustafa Honer 07849320222
