Traffics light stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4946626.

Traffic light on road crossing Edmond Halley Way was stuck on red for more than 5 minutes at approximately 18:50-19:00. I am unsure as to whether this has been affected by the road works. The lights controlling Millennium Way still seemed to be working as they should.
