Traffic Light coming out of Bell Street stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4953782.

I have reported this issue twice in August - both are recorded as "Fixed" but it isn't - the lights are not changing in sequence - frequently the lights remain on red - they should change to green after the lights tuirn red coming from Baker Road but they don't on a regular basis - it can take ages! Can this please be looked into urgently - it definately is NOT fixed despite being reported as so, and is extremely dangerous if wishing to turn right
