Bag left on sign causing a flapping sound
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4956454.
Bag left on sign is causing a flapping sound even after the works were completed. The same sign appears a number of times down the road but this is the only one covered. It is directly outside of my bedroom window and I hear it when I'm trying to fall asleep. It is also causing the sign to bend due to the wind load dragging the bag. Please remove it as soon as possible
