A Pothole problem has been found

Customer called to complain that she has made numerous complains about a pothole in front of her café Customer said the pothole keeps getting big and dip. Customer said it is not safe for the public and her customers, as a customer fell yesterday(was not badly injured) Customer is pleading if the pothole can be fixed asap

If the defect is confirmed as a safety issue, it will be made safe within 24 hours. A permanent repair, if needed will be carried out during our next programmed works for the area, or sooner if we can.
