Lights not working properly creating a dangerious situation

When the traffic light is green for cyclists on A206 headed towards Woolich, the light is also green for drivers from Anchor and Hope Ln making a left onto A206. It's very easy for a driver to hit the cyclist. Something's not right.

Note the cyclist traffic light is separate to the main traffic light in that direction.
