Traffic light on Terrace Road and Cassland Road seems to be stuck on red

Reported via mobile in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 11:01, Sat 9 September 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4975133.

The green light for traffic flowing west to east on Cassland Roaf is fine but there is/was no green light for traffic fleeing south to north on Terrace Road.

This was 10:40 on Saturday 9th September.

There is an error unless the timings have been set giving x4 or x5 goes to the west to east traffic flow in succession to x1 for the south to north traffic flow on Terrace Road.

If that is the case could you let me know why, what the sequence is and what days and times you do this.

It is very difficult for neurodivergent people, of which I am myself, to understand and it causes us great stress when things are as complicated as this with seemingly no reason.

I am hoping it is not by design but an error.

Many Thanks
