Scaffolding obstructing pavement

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4975871.
The scaffold license is expired but the hoarding is still in place earning a lot of money for someone through advertising. No work is being done. Can you please force t hem to take it down.

We have asked them to move the scaffolding so that it is no longer causing an obstruction, we will ask them to do this within 28 days.
