Damaged / uneven road causing shaking 24h a day

Reported via desktop in the Pothole (minor) category anonymously at 18:24, Saturday 9 September 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4976090.

Hello, I'd like to report again a recent issue which was raised by few residents at York Mansions. There is highly uneven road section in front of the building. The passing of vehciles causes severe vibrations of the building being felt by nearly all 20 flats . After the report from one of the residents, there seems to have been a team on site who tried to repair it. Unfortunately, it has not been fixed as the peace of asphalt added to the section only increased the uneveness shaking continues non-stop. I cannot express how much I appreciate you looking at this issue already, and thank you for taking the time to follow up. But we really like to ask you to send a team and inspect thoroughly - we believe te square on the picture (approx 2sqm) just needs to be evened-out on the same level with the rest of the road in that area. Thank you so much in advance.
