Bus shelter not repaired

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4976756.
This bus shelter has been left damaged for years, the issues are reported and marked as 'fixed' but actually, nothing has been sorted. Could you please repair the advertisement panel, which has broken glass, metal edges exposed and wires hanging, before we escalate this to the local MP on the next surgery? It is quite embarrassing to see TFL ignoring the reports and sending the communications as if this was fixed...
