Clothing article on roof of shelter

Sent to TfL 2 weeks, 1 day, 16 hours, 54 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS4983100.

There is a green clothing article on the roof of the shelter. It could get blown off or may have gotten blown off by now but im logging it incase as if its still up there it could blow into the road by strong winds.
