Nighttime Disturbance - Pedestrian Crossing Beep Very Loud Audible

New Traffic Lights and Crossing have been installed. The new audio "beep" for pedestrian crossings is very loud at night. About 80db even when there is no other environmental sound. It's normally quiet at night. It can be heard from 3/4 down Englefield Road and is disturbing sleep. Please could someone take a look, thank you

We have therefore referred it to our contractors, and you should see an improvement within 28 days. The noise has not been fully addressed and we are past the 28 day notice period. When it will be fixed completely?
