Lane not being used

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4991419.

On the approach to Manor Circus from the Lower Richmond Road, heading towards Richmond. One of the 3 lanes has been closed for works. This leaves two Lanes leading onto Manor Circus roundabout. The left hand Lane has a left turn arrow painted on it and so traffic is not using it, therefore reducing access onto the roundabout as only one lane. Please put a clear sign telling the traffic to use this left hand turn Lane, as it also feeds neatly onto the round about. At present a 15 min journey from Barnes SW15 to Richmond TW9 is taking at least 1 hr 15 mins. Also, who could allow road works to take nearly one year on this main artery into and out of London, especially with Hammersmith Bridge closed….
