Utter chaos, complete gridlock and lack of signage

I walked to Dancer rd from Richmond station yesterday and was faster than any bus. It is also extremely dangerous especially for school children trying to cross the roads as lights are out of sync half the time. Only 6 cars managed to cross the lights just now from near Sainsbury’s towards Richmond circus which causes frustration and people jumping lights. Also there are no signs up at all regarding the closure of the pavement between North rd and Sandycombe rd leading to pedestrians (including school children) trying to negotiate their way on the road.
