10 streetlights still out

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4995944.

There are 10 streetlights, STILL that are not working. Even more as you approach junction 28 of the M25 and on the roundabout. This has been ongoing since May. It is dangerous to hail the 498 as you have to stand in the road.
