Loud thud from manhole cover

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS4999399.

The manhole cover on Carshalton Road outside my house is making a loud thud sound when a car or bus drives over it. The traffic is travelling towards Sutton from Carshalton. As this is a red route and very busy the thudding sound is happening quite often.
