Dead bushes/ rubbish on grass verge

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5008730.

Still not fixed by TfL and bexley council say they do not own this grass verge ( inbetween basing drive and Gresham close) - dangerous wood with nails on and no fencing in concrete posts
