Pedestrian crossing traffic lights are out of action

The temporary traffic lights on Westwood Lane, Welling are causing traffic gridlock every day. The pedestrian crossing traffic lights are out of action, therefore there is nowhere for the school children to safely cross the road, it is dangerous situation. Emergency police and ambulance vehicles are being disrupted by the traffic jams created by the temporary lights. Please remove these temporary lights asap, their are no roadworks happening, they are just causing pedestrian and traffic problems.
