Countdown unit display blank.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5009065.
This Countdown unit has failed several times over the last two years. The unit needs replacing for another one, since it has only been working again for about a month. I noticed a blank display again, with no bus arrival information is being displayed, and the unit not working on Saturday 16/9/23. Please could it be fixed as soon as possible, as stated before, the countdown unit location is important, as at least 6 different bus routes use this bus stop.
