All traffic lights are completely down on four way traffic, this needs to be fixed urgently or someone is going to get hurt

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5009788.

One of the traffic lights has fallen down, and all of the others are not working please fix this I’m worried about driving and it’s a busy area and I have a 2 year old in my car.
