The countdown display is in need of repair

Reported via desktop in the Countdown - not working category anonymously at 17:59, Tuesday 19 September 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5011075.

Most of the lines are unclear and difficult to read, so impacts badly upon elderly and those who are partially sighted. Secondly, although the display for most of the bus routes at this stop are reasonably accurate, at times the information shown (and not shown) for the 106 bus can be misleading. For example a bus arrives that is not showing on the display, which is upsetting for people who have decided to walk based on the countdown display. Also, a bus might take quite a bit longer to arrive than given on the display. Is there any way to correct the output for the 106 buses to make the display more accurate?
