Fly-tipping on pavement and cycle highway

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5013295.
Rubbish/ litter overspill onto roads/ pavement. Partially blocking/ causing obstruction to road users, pedestrians on pavement and cyclists (cycle lane) - therefore a safety concern.
This is at Whitechapel Road (Eastbound) at the junction of Fulbourne Street (E1)
