A Blocked drain problem has been found

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5014067.

There is a water issue with this stretch of road outside Tesco west Cromwell road W14 8PB

I don’t understand why you don’t manage your roads more effectively as this issue has been going on for at least 18 months to my knowledge

My picture clearly shows the drain is 1metre from the kerb

This particular drain is on a higher level than the water so can’t reach the drain

On the left of the standing water there is a another drain but because there is a dip in the road surface the water has also no chance of reaching this drain

Who constructs these roads and who passes the work as as complete without testing. heavy rainfall etc CANT be properly managed by these drains Tesco west Cromwell road W14 8PB ----------

No work has taken place to resolve this issue of flooding directly by the bus stops. I’m sure you’ll agree with me that immediate action needs to be taken to resolve this matter.
