Traffic Lights can they be moved?

Redbridge roundabout Approach via Redbridge Lane East rather than the A12, but even that route you’re stuck on the lane around 20 mins. First getting to the mini roundabout with unnecessary lights that holds everything up further. Where lights are actually needed however on entry to the large roundabout, there’s none! Do you think perhaps the lights at the mini roundabout should be moved down to the main roundabout? That would at least give cars on the lane a chance to get out. I see cars bumped and pranged ever y single week ️
