118 keep disappearing or delaying

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5019078.
118 in both directions has had problems, with buses stopping "for traffic" or buses disappearing from the table or being delayed (for example from 8 minutes to 9 minutes on the table). Especially on the bus stop "Mitcham Tram Stop" towards Streatham. I had to wait hours because the buses were being cancelled or delayed.
I'm on 118 and it suddenly told us we are terminating at Mitcham (didn't specify where and wouldn't answer when asked)
