118 keep disappearing or delaying

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5019078.

118 in both directions has had problems, with buses stopping "for traffic" or buses disappearing from the table or being delayed (for example from 8 minutes to 9 minutes on the table). Especially on the bus stop "Mitcham Tram Stop" towards Streatham. I had to wait hours because the buses were being cancelled or delayed.

  • I'm on 118 and it suddenly told us we are terminating at Mitcham (didn't specify where and wouldn't answer when asked)
