Traffic lights are not working again

Reported via mobile in the General Fault category anonymously at 19:04, Thu 21 September 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5019221.

Wait button is stuck. Lights go on red when no one is waiting. This is a recurrence of a previous problem and the traffic backs up unnecessarily

Updates

  • The lights are constantly phasing as if the pedestrian button has been pressed. It hasn’t as no one was waiting to cross and after I passed I saw the lights turn red again, no one crossed
