Overstaying scaffolding

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5020798.

This scaffolding has a license till end of August, but it is still there as it’s really for advertising income. No work is being done. I am reporting again because nothing has been done. It takes half the pavement.

We have asked them to move the scaffolding so that it is no longer causing an obstruction, we will ask them to do this within 28 days.
