Traffic lights all out

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5021777.

Traffic lights have been out since this morning. I reported at 7:15am got an email at 8:04 to say these had been fixed. They still haven't been fixed our students from St Thomas the Apostle College are about to leave school for the day meaning this is a huge health and safety issue in regards to them crossing Queens Road. Please can I have an update on when these will be fixed.
