Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5028035.
Hi, You have told me the owner of scaffolding at 600 Kingsland Road has been told to take it down. This hasn’t happened, but they have put up new adverts over the weekend. The license lapsed on 30 August.
I would remind you of your Highways Act duty to protect and assert the right to use the highway.
Please be more active on this.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. We have investigated this, and it has now been referred to the owner. We have asked them to move the scaffolding so that it is no longer causing an obstruction, we will ask them to do this within 28 days. Should you need anything else or have any questions, you may wish to contact our customer services team on 0343 222 1234
Please also be aware that, all Action Scheduled reports are automatically closed after 28 days. However, the fault will be fixed within this timescale, which may be sooner, or in a few cases take a little longer
