Overstaying scaffolding

Reported via mobile in the Scaffold complaint category anonymously at 10:22, Mon 25 September 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5028035.

Hi, You have told me the owner of scaffolding at 600 Kingsland Road has been told to take it down. This hasn’t happened, but they have put up new adverts over the weekend. The license lapsed on 30 August.

I would remind you of your Highways Act duty to protect and assert the right to use the highway.
