Scaffolding at the building of 267 New Cross Rd is abandoned

Reported via desktop in the Scaffold complaint category anonymously at 14:35, Mon 25 September 2023

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5029427.

No building works have been completed for at least 2.5 years with seemingly abandoned scaffolding.

There is not enough room on the footway for people to pass, causing people to spill over onto the road when there is a queue at the bus stop.

  • Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. We have investigated this and regrettably we do not have a record of the owner of this scaffolding. Our officers will attend the location and investigate the ownership. Once this has been confirmed we will report this to the owner and ask them to move the scaffolding so that it is no longer causing an obstruction.
