Traffic Light Sequence Too Short

I was stuck in blocked back traffic on the B353 Manor Road for at least 20 minutes on Saturday. There was standing traffic all the way from the A 305 to the Manor Circus roundabout. The 4-way traffic control system was only allowing vehicles through northbound for about 12 seconds - 4, maybe 5 vehicles. Long delays and for the residents of Manor Road the prospect of months of standing traffic outside their homes. Please urgently ensure that the traffic lights are adjusted to allow more traffic to get through on each change.
