Traffic light stuck on red despite others cycling 3/4 times

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS5056187.

The traffic light for the turn after the roundabout to get into Car Park C was stuck on red. The other traffic lights at the junction went through 3/4 cycles without issue but this one was stuck. The sensors did not pick up our vehicle.
