3 lights out. 3 times reproted. 3 times claimed fixed and STILL NOT FIXED

Three times now you have reported this as fixed - IT IS NOT.

Three or 4 lights in a row, between Chatsworth Road and Hillcrest Road, have been out for many months. If they were fixed on 1 Feb, as alleged, they immediately went wrong again. They were not fixed, as alleged by you, at the end of August. Again you alleged they were fixed on 2 Oct. I checked on 6 Oct, and they were still out. This is URGENT. Cycling from the light into this dark area, it is difficult to see the kerb. Columns 72 and 75 are probably among those affected. It is simply unacceptable to claim 3 times that the fault is fixed when it is not, quite apart from the continued danger caused by failure to fix them.
